Low price on install of a system. But we started having problems with the system, and he is hard to get a hold of. Does not commit to appointments for service. Does not show up for service as promised. Goes days without responding to calls or messages, and when he does respond he doesn't make a commitment. It looks like they took several shortcuts during install thay are now damaging my home with leaks. Our 5 month old system was inoperable for 2 weeks because I couldn't get him to come fix it. Turns out the issue was caused by improper set up settings. I finally got him to send his guys to fix it, but I had to badger him into it.
