Up front norton presented themselves well but the actual knowledge of plants coupled with terrible workmanship, well do not do business with them. We had a very expensive tree they planted that will not grow here, too low in altitude. We had two tall but severely misshapen and damaged trees planted next to sidewalk, no hole was dug for them with dirt mounded next to them to make it look like they were ‘planted’. In addition research shows these trees have a warning to not plant them next to structures or sidewalks. Bushes planted in back yard extremely damaged during planting. Many holes are in sprinkler system tubing with water everywhere, even leaking thru back yard retaining wall. Many promises were made to correct all but nothing happened. We now have to hire another landscaper to fix all the mess. Too much spent on Norton and now we have to spend again too much to fix the mess. I would tell everyone to not use Norton

Norton Landscaping is a joke. do not use them. Just one example of his work. He quoted us $1550 to put in a gate. We sent him a picture and size of the gate. It was to be four feet wide six feet high with privacy. When he finally put in the gate is was four feet high eight inches off the ground so you could see underneath it. It was less than four feet wide with no privacy. He immediately took the defensive which is his MO. He wanted another 1500 to do it right even though we had an agreed price. After a long go around he agreed to fix it for the same money. A week and a half later he brought the gate. Same piece of crap same sizes only this time it had an insert to give a little privacy. I wound up paying him the $1550 as we had had months of him not showing up lying and giving us poor work and that is being kind. We just needed to get rid of him. We called a gate company and got a quote of $1000.00 for the exact size and gate we wanted originally. $550 less than Adams piece of crap To add insult to injury when they came to install the gate they informed us the center section of Adam's gate was PLASTIC. This was one of many examples of his rip off tactics. Over half our plants died as some were not even planted but laid on top of soil surrounded by the rocks we paid to have laid out. Over pricing and promising and under delivery is his motto. I am a real consumer and my name is Dennis Russo 209-481-5408 Please warn others about his corrupt business practices. Getting him to actually show up when promised was another challenge.
Thank you, Dennis and Pam Russo if you use Norton Landscaping BUYER BEWARE
