    $549,999

    Estimates were made to reflect the budget but they were manipulated in order to get the loan. What it turns out is the cost were 15-20% more than the original bids quoted. We had to sell everything we owned just to finish the house and scale back what we were expecting in the original design. Disgusted with this con man.

    I'm a realtor that represented a buyer that built in Bluffdale. I was surprised how upfront they were about their costs, and that they were real costs. I work a lot in new construction and was surprised when the home appraised for over 40k above purchase price. Their system kept my buyer up to date on everything that was going on. Very transparent and affordable for a new home.

    I have never left negative reviews for anything before, but I feel like I need to warn others to avoid this builder! Marco, the CEO, will get you in the door and sell you with a fancy and misleading sales pitch, and once you have paid him you will NEVER hear from him again. He will divert any problems, questions, or concerns to Ryan, the COO. Ryan has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my LIFE! If you ever discover any of the numerous mistakes he makes he becomes rude, arrogant, and completely unapologetic. He will try to intimidate you so that you are afraid to stand your ground when the bids come in much higher than expected. Eric, the construction manager, is a good guy, but he is so overworked it is hard for him to be effective. This company does not stand by their values. I thought it was strange that they would pay $5000 to anyone who refers them, and now I know why they have to pay so much for referrals. I would never refer anyone even if it meant a big $5K in my pocket. My suggestions to buyers: run, do not walk- away from these guys. My suggestion to the builder: review Customer Service 101. This review would never have been written if any of the 8 rules of good customer service had been followed: 1) Answer your phone. 2) Don't make promises unless you will keep them. 3) Listen to your customers. 4) Deal with complaints. 5) Be helpful - even if there's no immediate profit in it. 6) Train your staff to be always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. 7) Take the extra step. 8) Throw in something extra.
