Terrible experience. Had a log home built by Jin and more than 2 years later I am still fixing problems due to poor workmanship and cutting corners. The job took over double the amount of time quoted. Chad was rarely on site to work and supervise and had incredible employee turnover. I have eletrical wares run in the wrong location because no one was there to supervise the electrical sub. I have floor that are uneven because the sub floor was not done correctly, I have wood joints separating because they were not joined correctly. Further, he does not stand behind his work. Take the money and run seems to be the way he operates.

Terrible and no Would not reccomend him or the company. I had him do a house remodel. It consisted of 3 bathroms. Two which were gutted a and remodeled and a 3rd that was competelty done from scratch. Did a complete remodel of the basement to make a 2 bedroom with laundry.
There were numerous issues with the work completed upstairs. He did a terrible job of refinishing all my hardwood floors. He stated he could do it. I had to have someone come in a redo his work. I took pictures of what he did verses the person that redid the job he did. He stated he could paint the whole interior of the house and it would look great. It looks horrible. I could go on. I have left him e mails to comeback to redo his work for the last 4 yrs. He has yet to respond.
He did state he was sorry for the poor work he did 4yrs ago and he would make it good. This still has yet to happen.
