Neil installed a heating and cooling system in my rental property in September, but has yet to install the cage that I paid for during the installation. Due to my rental property manager letting me know the job was done, I paid Neil. When I became aware of him not installing the cage, I contacted him but he has yet to do it. I have been waiting for four months and calling him every week. He does not answer calls or return calls/texts. I would not trust this vendor.
