If I could rate so unprofessional. Anything to make a quick buck. Horrible work and she hires anybody to come in your home. Beware.

It is unfortunate that I have to spend time writing a negative review; however, it is imperative in order to save someone else from having to experience what I did with this company. Nadia comes off as pleasurable and service-oriented professional in order to land a contract, but once the contract is initiated, the professionalism goes out the door. I have never worked with someone so callous, rude and defensive in my life. I am dismayed that a "business owner" can think that it is appropriate to speak to clients any way she wants and become argumentative when the client points out defective work. I contracted Nadia to complete a basement rehab in my property; however, MY EXPERIENCE turned out to be a nightmare. There were several instances where there was a lack of supervision by her; one of which could have led to an extreme life emergency to everyone who was in my house that day. In addition, one of Nadia's subcontractors came to drywall and tile the bathroom. When I saw the work that was done on both the drywall and tile and the FILTH they left my house in, I honestly wanted to cry. Nadia claimed she was going to rectify the situation and asked for an extension, but hardly came to work, essentially abandoning the project. Luckily, I believe in the power of documentation and have constantly pleaded and documented conversations in order to continue our business relationship. However, we have caught her in a plethora of lies, she would say that she was coming to work and would never show up, etc. Now, I still have an unfinished basement as nothing has been completed. All I can say is that you do your homework prior to choosing your contractor. I thought we did; however, now I find myself in this situation. This is NOT the company you want to utilize for any of your construction needs. If anyone would like to see pictures, I have plenty to show. Save yourself a headache and deal with a professional as she is ill-equipped to properly run a business.
