    Get my pool up and running.

    I called NPS Pool Service to check my pool.Filter would not come on.After a few hrs of re-plumbing most of my equipment still no start up. Suggested i call another service to blow the entire line .He could not find the blockage.It would be costly, only way to go..I call another pool company a neighbor recommended.He looked every thing over and ask if the filter had been check over.".you start there and work backward.".Had my pool up and running in twenty minutes.
    Nelson came recommended buy another pool builder.Check it out....After calling Nelson Pool back and informing him he made only one comment ..ya can't please every one.

    Hi Mrs. Stewart, I came to your home promptly and noticed on your pool equipment that the suction valve was taken apart and all that was left was a cracked valve housing. I informed you that this valve would need to be addressed first and after the valve repair this wouldn't guarantee to be the only issue that you had. Because without a suction valve you can test anything. So I sent you a quote to replace the suction valve and you approved. I was there on the next business day and I replaced the valve. The pools not getting a good flow and a good Prime through the pump. I checked the pump I checked the impeller and everything was clear. Then I began to flush out the suction line which also came out clear. And keep in mind I only charged you for the valve that was clearly broken. Which I saved for to view. And then I proceeded to let you know that I think that you need a more high pressure CO2 to flush out the lines. And after you made me aware that someone unclogged a piece of Plumbing on your equipment that everything was working. And what I told you was that's great I'm glad everything is up and running. So I do not believe that the review you left me was warranted.

    Fast efficient service who knows really what they're doing. Found them on their website they had reasonable prices. Had them fix my broken water pump and after that decided to continue service with their monthly maintenance package.
