NRC failed to fulfill their contract. Understandably, COVID-19 has been very hard on businesses. However, NRC failed to communicate proactively with us regarding: delay in getting materials, discontinued materials, inability to start deck project, company policy RE 60-day refund policy. Every communication was initiated by us. Calls were either ignored or excuses were made regarding any of our concerns. Due to multiple no-response calls/emails, we lost faith in NRC and gave notice to cancel the deck project. We were then informed NRC had a 60-day refund policy. The 60 days was up on October 28. We were then informed NRC did not have the money for a refund and the earliest a refund could be made is early 2021. NRC has had the company required 50% deposit since June.
Completely dissatisfied with NRC. Poor business practices. They even failed to respond to the BBB after we submitted a complaint. I would not recommend NRC.
