Best contractor ever!!! NRG Heating and Air is absolutely one of the best out there. And I have my reasons. A friend recommended NRG after I complained to her about my AC which has been left faulty for a while now. I have had people come to look at it but some just charge outrageously high or ask me to replace the whole system. Well, I finally called NRG, and surprisingly they gave me a well-priced quote without trying to sell me on anything. I worked with Adam and in 2 days of sourcing the parts, repairs, and servicing, it is now working perfectly fine. I am extremely grateful for such a service. Highly recommended.

I Don’t do this too often but if I could I would add more stars because we were given a service worthy of it. Our AC caught on fire and almost caused an incident but we put it out. We called NRG to replace the unit with a more reliable one and they did. Alon was so reliable with the whole process. They dressed the outlet properly and professionally installed the new one without any hitches or delays. The team also attended to all my request and gave us recommendations to prevent such from happening again.

I hired NRG air to decontaminate and disinfect my home. With the testing and results delivered it was exceptionally done. It took time for me to get a contractor that could do the job properly but my persistence was rewarded in the end. My home is cleaner and safer now, plus the air quality is sublime. After spending more than $1200 on furnace repairs and still coming home to find out that it is still not functioning properly, I was at my wit's end. I had my AC replaced with NRG and they have blown me away by the way they work! They are very professional and well experienced, they got the job done quickly, and they gave me the best price then any nearby companies. I can feel the difference in not only how it works and throws out the cold air, but the quality of the air! The air quality has also improved in my home after working with NRG! My two daughters both have terrible allergies so the air quality in our house is especially important. I have NRG come do an inspection on our house every six months, and make sure to clean our air ducts and everything too. They are super helpful and informative and always have tips on how to keep the air clean. Since hiring them I have noticed the difference in my girls sneezing, truly. Satisfied with the services I receive from NRG, as a property manager of an old building complex I have to deal with numerous different issues with the heating system. The most difficult is when the ac system for the building burns out during the summer, as well. After dealing with several companies, NRG claimed they could help with both. My ac stopped working outta nowhere just started blowing warm air one day .I called in to NRG Hvac and was able to schedule an inspection for next day .The technician that came to my home had great customer service .He fixed my air and even took away the horrid sound that i had been dealing with for a whole year (not knowing )it was a problem .so he fixed my air and cleaned the coil and i got a heck of a good price

NRG - Highest degree of client service you could ask for. They were efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. We called on such short notice, and they came not only the same day. For the price and the value, this is someone who should come up with. Highly recommended amongst any other installation service.

NRG is fast to reply, totally professional, and sent someone super professional and amazingly skilled to install our two units. They were out within a day of calling, arrived toward the front end of our installation window, and had both units working within 45 minutes. The older system in my home had the compressor ground out and NRG came in and replaced my system including duct work for a great price! Technician was able to show me exactly what he was going to do and why, without trying to oversell, and presented it all in a professional manner. I recently used NRG for an AC maintenance. I was running a bit late, but they were nice enough to stick around. The service was priced very reasonably, and everyone was very knowledgeable. Technician was at my house within half an hour and was able to get my a/c back up and running within 10 minutes of showing up! I will definitely use NRG in the future!

Awesome service and very reasonable prices. Our problem was no cold air pumping from vents. We couldn't get a hold of our "regular guy," so tried NRG. They were very professional and informative, polite and not-salesman-like. Technician was very good. Got there earlier than expected. Was clean and friendly. He took over an hour to thoroughly go through the entire system. He couldn't find anything wrong mechanically. But did find very dirty filter in furnace, which he removed and replaced the filter in hallway with thinner one. This seemed to fix problem. But just to be on the safe side, he topped off the refrigerant, then went back to check, measuring with an electronic thermometer that the unit was blowing out sufficiently cold air. Thank You!!

It took us a long time to find a good company which works with fixing AC. My friends recommended about the company NRG. They helped me at the same day. Very professionally and fast, they have completed their job. They clearly explained what happened end and gave a really good price. I really recommend if you have any problems with your AC or heater call the company. Really friendly staff work there.

Outstanding service, on time, affordable. NRG-team came to service our central AC system, maintenance and change filter, filter were clogged, can't believe it didn't burn capistor. Will definitively call for service again and again. Thanks NRG for wonderful service!!
