blocked my garage for two weeks.
I've to pick up all the nails and trash.
He curse me out over the phone about

yet. Don't use this guy, he way over charge too. -

Stefan Lubia took my money and never completed the job. He is bad news and you should stay away from him. He even turned me in to the building inspector for code violations he was suppose to fix. You will regret using him- i promise.

The experience was a total flop filled with empty promises and unanswered calls and messages. The Home they proudly picture on the web site had some rot missed when they applied the new roof. My initial contact to Stefon seemed to indicate that there would be no problem getting the issue repaired, we agreed to a price. Several days of promised repairs passed. Not only were they NO SHOWS! They have yet to return my calls. How could I possibly recommend a business that has such a low level disregard for their customer?

He is a horrible contractor he takes the money and sub ci tracts the jobs out, been dealing with this company for 2 months and roof still leaks after putting new roof on. Building permit states job is 10,200 but billed insurance company over 16,000 thousand, they do shitty work, employees drink alcohol while they worked put cigarettes out on new roof, i recommend not using this company ever, he uses very vulgar language and very rude.
