We had an emergency and NSWC came out immediately and the service was great. The job was estimated at $1,500. It was paid with a corporate credit card and that is where we had trouble. The credit card was charged over $2,500 without any kind of notice to us. Nothing has been resolved despite many communications. That is a lot of money to suddenly find charged to your credit card. I think if we were paying net 30 days there may have been some cooperation. NSWC is great, but do not pay with your credit card. Sincerely KDR
