    Poor service and expert in bad mouthing other companies and their competitors.
    Do not use NU Kitchen specially Gustavo Sepulveda and Cynthia with criminal background. Sweet talkers--- BEWARE!!!

    We had our kitchen remodeled and Gus seemed like a nice trustworthy guy. We got a fair price and the kitchen turned out decent. But like other reviewers have said the communication between the store and their vendors is horrible. Elias, who is supposedly is in charge, throws all the work on others. I was very unimpressed with their service. Elias promised to make our experience pleasurable, but he did nothing of the sort! If I could go back in time, I would choose another company. I would NOT recommend this company at all!!!!!

    Hello, well at first they seemed like a reputable company but they were always late. never called if they were going to come. brought the wrong cabinets. lied about talking to me and my wife about making changes. shoddy work.incorrectly installed granite and kitchen island. tried to sut corners in the work. Elias said that he would be able to find a cabinet and match it to the cabinets that we had but he got us a darker one. Does not respect customers. He insisted that everything will be ok but was not. and since he took most of our money we were left to have his men finish the work. we will go to another contractor to fix his mistakes
