Horrible, unreliable and no accountability.
There was no quality inspection after roof was replaced. They left the old vent caps as is without replacing and left the roof unfinished at several spots which could lead to leakage. After having contacted atleast 40-50 times, there as no repair provided. They don't respond to your calls or text messages except for one or two times when they said they will fix the problem but never intended to. There is absolutely no accountability in their words and actions. Almost everybody in our neighborhood had same experience with these guys. This is run by Zico and one office person Katherine. Strongly recommend to never approach them for your roofing needs. I initially got hooked with nice words of Zico but regretting now.

I had a very similar experience. A few months after my roof work was done I had leaks. Zico said he would fix it, but never intended to. He would never give s date or time he would fix it, or he would say someone was on the way, but nobody showed up. He turned in an invoice to insurance company with work on it that he claimed he did, but never did. Now I have a soft spot on my decking, rotted wood in my attic and a hole in my ceiling in my interior hallway. Zico does shady work, cuts corners, turns in work to the insurance company he did not do and then will not honor his warranty. Do Not use this company, he is a fraud. He is not accredited with the BBB, he has no license and he has a D rating. He is only nice until he gets your money.
