Nuvision prides itself on providing excellent service, but the reality is the Owner is unreliable, and says on numerous occasions "don't tell me what I said", after he over-promises and under-delivers on what he can and cannot do. He has great intentions, but when it comes down to actually getting the work done, you have to stay on him and you don't know if he will show up when he says he will...with every excuse in the book. He does good tile work, but plumbing, painting, and other details are not his expertise...and it shows in his work. I have a hole in my ceiling due to his mediocre plumbing work in installing a bathtub. He installed the tub first before aligning the pipes and now there is a leak and he says it's the manufacturers fault. Now I have to contract someone else to fix the leak from the brand new tub and hole in my ceiling. Even the American Standard customer service rep basically got frustrated with dealing with him and his lack of listening to the expert.....the Customer Service Rep told me "Good Luck with that" after I spoke with him and he'd seen Nuvision's way of working up close and personal. He's a piece of work to deal with, and he stands in his own way of actually being a reputable contractor. If it's not his way, or how he typically does it, it's not right....for instance he basically did not want to put in a grab bar and towel bar fixture in my bathtub because it would take away from his tile work....who does that? Never again....
