I gave this company a poor rating because it does not honor its warranty. The company may have good reviews for its work, but if there are any warranty issues, the company owner, Nelson, is not responsive. He was called within the warranty period concerning issues with the floor (the polyurethane peeled off and the filler used was not sanded properly). Text and voice messages were unanswered for almost two months. He eventually came out to look at the floor and scheduled a date to do the repair. He cancelled that appointment within an hour of the scheduled time advising he had an emergency and agreeing to do the work the following week. Since then, Nelson has not been responsive to several text and voice messages. A BBB complaint has been filed on the basis of not honoring the company warranty. A similar complaint was made when his company in Maryland.
