Owner
Owner Nick Voulkoudis of NVK abandoned his unfinished project with us in July 2018, after we overpaid him, with a 6 figure amount, made many construction mistakes, not following archtect's plans, hired plumber who cannot sign off on this project, created a drop ceiling in kitchen that we need to hire another plumber to correct, used his family member who smoked on his job to drag the project to 4 months, when he went somewhere else to make money. On top of this, his 'cousin' who covered him with his L I license refused to finish project after he left. Right from the beginning, he pretended to agree to our informal contract, so as to cheat money out of us.
