    We knew we wanted to remodel a bunch of things in our home (think 80s style single family with a lot of walls) but wanted to start out with the kitchen because we spend a good chunk of time there.

    We set out to find the perfect contractor to create our perfect kitchen. Well, let me tell you, there is no shortage of remodelers in this area! We started out with checking the websites to get a feel for what certain contractors could do. We found quite a few who did the type of work we were looking for which was nice! We wanted open and flowing and a lot of light. So, once we narrowed down to a handful of contractors, we asked some friends and neighbors and some online groups (because they usually tell it like it is). It was so nice to hear that NVS Kitchen and Bath were liked by people we knew AND people we didn't know!

    So, we set up a time to come to their showroom and boy was that fun. You can literally walk through kitchen upon kitchen and it got our idea-juices flowing! We met with an awesome consultant who literally answered a million of our questions. We left that initial consult feeling empowered and just happy that we could get what we wanted!

    The job started and it is literally so nice to have a lead carpenter on the job. They did the running around and all we did was soak up the entire process. They knew who was going to be there, when they were going to be there and what was going to be done. Not just one day, but every single day until the end of the project.

    We met the owner of the company and to say that integrity runs through everyone there is an understatement. We appreciated his second look at our project because hey- we've never done this before and he has done thousands!

    The job finished almost exactly on the date the told us and wow. I mean, words don't give it justice. It is the highlight of our days! We enjoy coming down the stairs every morning and just sitting in this gorgeous kitchen that is exactly how we pictured.

    I highly recommend this company and their workers as people who stand by their work and product. From the initial consult to the final walkthrough- it was such a great experience. We are now working with them for our masterbath and we cannot wait!

    We hired NVS to remodel three bathrooms. NVS did a very poor job. The grout and caulk are very messy and in many places the grout has cracked and bubbled. NVS says they cannot do any better. We paid them for design advice but NVS recommended cabinets and bath bars that would not fit. NVS claimed it was our fault for following their advice. NVS provided vanity tops that were chipped and scratched. The vanity cabinets were also scratched. NVS refused to replace the damaged items. They patched and painted the walls but it is obvious where every patch was done and the paint has bubbled and cracked. When we complained NVS said they could not do any better. They installed a bath bar that has rust leaking out from the fixture. A shower shelf has mold because NVS did not seal the shelf. A towel rack is pulling out of the wall. The exhaust fans do not work correctly. In addition, NVS still owes us money for returned items. So we are stuck with defective, unfinished bathrooms. Stay away from this company. NVS does not provide skilled workers and they do not back up their work.
