We are a builder who hired Carlin Miller to pour patio and stairs. When we had our building inspection the stairs failed and had to jack hammered up and removed, The siding, masonry and landscaping were damaged when Carlin Miller removed the first set of stairs and he agreed to pay the costs to put everything back to normal.
He poured a second set of stairs that were the worst quality I have ever seen in 20 years of building and we had to hire another contractor to remove and replace them. We have filed a claim at the construction contractors board and have now filed a lawsuit against him. Avoid this contractor!!
