    Lee is incredibly hard working and has great attention to detail. He is a one man operation so of course things take longer, but if you are on a budget bad have time he is the guy for the job. He was very flexible as we changed our mind as projects evolved and he was able to adapt and come up with creative solutions for our space. He did beautiful work on our remodel which after 10 quotes charging on average 3 times as much or being told things were possible, it was great to have someone up for the challenge. If you know know a little about remodelling and hands on and looking for good work I highly recommend Lee. If you want a rigid contractor that will charge a fortune, go elsewhere!

    A search on the Oregon Contractor's Board showed 3 cases filed against Lee in the last 3 months -- ours will be number 4. Lee is a pathological liar. We hired him for a basement remodel. Three months later, he can't finish the job. We paid for a third of the project estimate and all he did was demo and bad framing. Inspector took one look at the framing and told us to not let him back in our house. He messed up everything he touched, and over-sold his abilities. Sub-contractors refused to work with him. He quit the job and has left us with a mess that we'll have to rebuild, and he's robbed us of $13K of our hard-earned savings. It's hard to believe that there are people like Lee around so he needs to be stopped.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Buyers beware! Only use this company if you want to pay more than originally quoted and never want the job to be finished.
