Their work was exceptional. Our renovation was extensive including the removal of a leaking spa, replacing the concrete throughout the pool deck, creating a waterfall wall, replastering the pool and replacing the tile. Cesar and his crew were consistently on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional even when unexpected complications were found. Cesar made an extra effort to stop by when our questions could not be answered over the phone and to collaborate with us when problems were found. NW Pool and Spa is a group of hardworking individuals who take pride in the work they do. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Cesar promised high quality and he delivered.
