We needed to replace our 30 yr. old furnace and 20 yr. old water heater, and get options for adding AC. We got 5 different estimates from Seattle area companies, with a range of prices. Then we learned that a neighbor, with 15 yrs. of experience in the field, had to quit his heating/AC job due to Covid19 and his kids being home from school. So, he had begun his own company, giving him the needed flexibility.
Enter Mike Souza, owner of NW Premiere Heating & Air LLC. Mike came over and explained the different options to us (80% vs 95% furnace, AC vs heat pump, and water heater size and options). He gave us his price on the options we chose, and he was much less than our previous 5 estimates! Hired!
Mike scheduled the installation for the following week, and the furnace, water heater heater and heat pump were all installed in one day! We were impressed with their attention to details, their clean up, Mike's follow-up with us, and the gas and electric inspectors' approvals. After 30 years in the house, we finally have AC!!!
