DO NOT USE NXTGEN POOLS! Bret actually did finish our pool /patio after many, many messages and begging him to come out. Our patio has had issues from the beginning... stones are heaving and not level. Bret came out (to get his final payment) and did a temporary fix. He guaranteed us that his warranty would cover the patio if they started heaving again. Which they have. They were not installed correctly and he knows it. He has made promise after promise that he would come back to fix the patio, but has never shown up. He is now ignoring all phone calls and texts, and even a letter from our lawyer. Bret is not a man of his word. If you are lucky enough to even get your project finished, he will still leave you high and dry if and when problems arise.

Worst experience, 5 months into a pool installation that was supposed to take 4 weeks we are left with a partial pool installation and Bret does not answer calls, no voicemail to leave a message. Very unprofessional

This has been by far the worst experience ever. He does not answer any text or calls. Way past the contract time frame of completion. Has taken a very big chunk of money from us and not even half the job is done yet. But I can’t get a hold of him. The one time I finally found him at his site he said he was going to come out this week and work but never came and once again does not answer my texts. I have an unsafe pool and backyard with half filled dirty water.

Worst experience ever. Only answers the phone when he needs money. Never comes to job site. Pool didn't never make 6 months without concrete cracking out and pump equip breaking. And will not return or answer any phone calls about honoring his warranty work. Do not use
