I've worked with NYC owner (Nimi) on previous projects, and now again on recent backyard remodel involving concrete pad (swim spa & hookup), moving a/c (electrical), pavers, turf, and fir pit (gas line). The work that was done prior, and current progress of NYC work is always nicely finished (including details). The team has kept a good pace in terms of timely job completion. Nimi emphasizes working with customer to get the best of what is possible, and affordable. All good.
