Permits
- Building permit records show that Nyc Liberty Construction has worked on 8 permitted projects.
I had pavers in my backyard and was interested in expanding the space. I was told by the employee that he would be able to get the additional pavers and redo the pavers I had originally laid on the ground since they were not leveled. I waited two weeks due to weather and the employee not being able to find the exact pavers I already had. Finally the employee stated he found pavers that were similar to my existing pavers and was ready to install. After my previous pavers were reinstalled I was shown the additional pavers that were going to be used for the expansion. It was completely different in color, shape, and size. The design pattern was extremely off and did not look good. I instructed the workers to stop and remove the additional pavers. I was then offered the option to cement, which I refused. I was then offered the option to use saud on the remaining space. I was not pleased with the lack of honesty, if the company knew they would not be able to find the same or similar pavers that should have been stated and I would have found another company. Instead they dug up the ground and caused me to pay for the “labor” because of their mistake. I end up settling for the end results but I am not satisfied with the outcome. I would not recommend this company for future business. There’s definitely a lack of honesty and I felt they were more interested in the sale than the outcome.
