Put up absolutely zero “PROTECTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY / PEDESTRIANS / ADJACENT PROPERTIES REQUIRED DURING ALL CONSTRUCTION." as required by his construction permit. In fact dug a huge pit halfway into the sidewalk for the basement and then parked his huge truck in front of it so there was absolutely not passageway for weeks.
