OBS /Tim and his crew did a fantastic job on our home. We started with just a new roof and vinyl siding and continued adding projects on to our original contract. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project. Tim’s dad Dave did a great job with his custom design work on our front pouch. Tim was very accessible and had great ideas for our project. Thanks again to Tim,Dave,Joey,Fred and James.

Siding job at completion was 3/4 to 1” off horizontally from one side to the other!! Looks awful and very apparent. Our new construction home was not 100% true but many homes are not. We though a good siding applicator could make modifications to accommodate for this? This company refuses to help or come back to see what could be done. Blocked our texts, will file complaint w/State Contractors Registration Board! Considering legal action because the siding applicator does siding on many types of homes, not all of which are 100% true!! Expensive job that was way off!!!
12/1/2020 The contractor did some modifications which "hid" the imperfections which made us happy so that is the reason for this edit. If you hire OBS Construction I would definitely ask how the siding application would be done if the structure is not 100% true because it matters to be clear right at the onset. Have this noted in your written contract!! Ask too about a warranty on the workmanship.

I had a roof replaced on April 18th. Tim was an outstanding contractor answering all of my questions before the project started. He is professional and polite along with his workers.
The roof was complete in one day and it looks terrific.
