We signed a contract with O&E in July for a patio expansion scheduled for completion in early September. It was not completed until mid-October. There were understandable material delays brought about by the pandemic, however, there were many issues working with O&E. They repeatedly made commitments to be on site and then failed to show up, failed to be on site to receive shipments of materials, never presented change orders in writing, and were generally difficult to communicate with. We are very satisfied with the workmanship completed by their subcontractors; we cannot in good faith recommend O&E as a general contractor nor will we contact them again.
