Got my roof and skylights done excellent carpentry on the skylights great price

Did my roof but never fixed the leak. Sent someone out that stated many times about the leak “don’t know where it’s leaking from”. Left several messages over the years, no response. Look elsewhere for a company that will honor a warranty and fix their leak. Don’t know what they are doing….Beware

I am very pleased when I decided to work with Mike and his crew at O&M Construction after the tornado tore through my town in Woodridge. They were very professional, responsive to my needs with my property and on time when doing the work. They helped replaced my roof, siding, windows, air conditioning and interior work. The materials needed for my home were good quality, good value and didn't take long to be installed. I am happy that I chose them to work on making my home a great place to live for me and my kids!

Mike and his team were very thorough in repairing my fascia and soffit. Mike took the time to explain the project in detail so that I could understand. The team was very polite, professional and extremely easy to work with.

O&M construction is amazing. I was in need of a copper roof replacement over my bay window. After speaking with Mike and TJ we decided on shingles and flashing that matched current roof would be a better idea. When I say they informed me and exceeded exceptions, that would be an understatement. Work was done quickly and turned out amazing. Price was very affordable. Will be using them again for other home projects.

This is my second time working with Mike and his team at O&M Roofing, and this time, they replaced the roof on our garage. Once again, Mike was flexible, courteous, explained things to where we could understand, very reasonable and accommodating with his prices, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the results. I highly recommend.

These guys were great getting my roof replaced quickly and they did a great job! My insurance company was difficult to work with but Mike stuck with it and got everything done! I would recommend O&M Construction if you need any roof work done.

Thanks to Michael and his crew we were back in our home in time to setup and celebrate Christmas. Our home was severly damaged by the June 2021 tornado and most repairs were completed by the end of November.

This is a veteran owned and operated company and Michael worked closely withy us and our insurance to make sure we were properly represented.

Initially it seemed like a good fit. Then I just never heard from them again.

Overall: 7/10. Roof completed date: 1/13/17, time of writing 3/8/17

Started off very strong but falls off a bit flat. After they received full contracted money from my end, the communication just dropped off completely. I am left with half painted ceiling. After a month pass by, they still didn't come to finish painting the ceiling.

Experience:
I picked this company originally because of their warranty/guarantee to replace whole roof. Within days after accepting bid, they were on the roof hammering away. Surprise charges came up, but within reasons (due to poor/damaged brick on the side of the roof).
After they said the roof was completed, I noticed cracked ceiling that wasn't there before and asked for pictures of the work. The very next day, they went onto the roof again to do more work then forwarded me the pictures. I wonder why that is...

Following days rain happened and found water leaks. Issue corrected (replace gutter) without any extra charges as well as setup a time to paint the ceiling. Upon completion of painting the ceiling(was wet of that time), I paid the remaining contract.

After everything should be good... the very next day, I found ceiling paint with uneven color... from that point I can't seem to get hold of them to have someone paint the ceiling.

Overall experience was alright, but I feel like the 10 year warranty they promised is questionable. Not sure why is it so hard to set up a time to send a painter.

O&M Construction is an great company. Just recently had a roof installed and they did a great job. Smooth process from start to finish. Mike kept us involved the entire project.

Had O&M Construction, replace my roof and siding. I have to say the price was more then fair and the customer service is great. I really enjoyed working with these guys. You can really tell they love what they do. The owners are great people. They are hands on and ensure the project get done in a timely fashion. Will recommenced to anyone.

I had my siding blow off my house during the last storm. I was not sure what to do. I had literally 100's of people knocking at my door trying to sell me a roof and siding. My husband and I already decided we where not going with a door knocker. We went to dinner that night and seen a construction company work on the patio restaurant, we decided to ask if the do residential construction, they said yes, we called the number on the card the worker gave us. With in 1 day Mike was at our house going over are different option. We decided to go with O&M Construction. They did a great job. The process was super easy. They are great people to work with. The owner Mike will go above and beyond. Please don't pass them up give them a try we did and are really happy with the outcome.
