Jim O'Neill did work for us several years ago, putting in a front walk and doing some minor repair work. The concrete portion of the walk has never been satisfactory, and now looks terrible. The original specs were not followed and there were even off-color patches as part of the original job. An initial remedial fix was unsuccessful, and a second attempt left a surface that is continually flaking away. It really should have been redone instead, but we did not realize that then. Jim has responded to emails since then, but has not followed up with any action.
