Expect great communication until your system is installed, then it becomes non-existent or completely up to you as a customer.
Since our install in May 2020, we've dealt with countless folks (constant employee turnover) and every one of them all the way up to leadership has failed us. We have solar payments plus high electric bills, even on a solar buyback electric plan.
Greensky financed the panels so I called them, but they just refer back to O3. Not their problem.
We absolutely regret the decision to use this company and will be seeking legal advice on how to get out of this.

I had solar panels & box installed Summer 2020.
O3 never started service and has not responded to numerous emails or phone calls.

A nightmare from start to finish do not use this company you will regret it you will probably in up in court there sub contractors they sent said this company is running on fumes if they keep going this way there one lawsuit away they better pray that my system produces everything that it’s supposed to are I will be that one lawsuit to file I have many pictures and emails and texts and message of promises/ lies and there filed away and waiting they are not pros

From the beginning till end, 03 Home Solar is a wonderful company. They had a very simple, easy and cheap proposal for the project. They handled all the paperwork excellently and more professional.
The job was done very quickly over 2 days (the first day was too windy to go up on the roof) but the indoor work was done perfectly and properly.

O3 Home Solar did a great job earning our trust. From beginning to end, they were truly with us every step of the way. Their team was patient answering all of our questions and made sure we had a good understanding of what the process would involve.

The solar installation project doesn’t time before it was finished. It was working as promised. It’s doesn’t take time because it was just four panels. My first power bill was a credit after the PV panels installation. I also had pool heating installed, which has made the pool so comfortable that no one hesitates to jump in. The thermostat ensures a steady temperature of the water at 90 degrees.

My wife and I decided to install solar panr the lockdown. A friend recommended O3 Home Solar. We contacted them, and O3 Home Solar installed 20 panels on the west-facing back roofs of our house.
The team did a fantastic job. The process and the installation went as planned and scheduled. No doubt, they understand the nook and cranny of solar installation.
David did a calculation and estimated that we would generate about 7.6 MWh in one year. We are two weeks short of one year, and our panels have already generated 7.7 MWh of energy. We have a relatively large home and have a heat pump and air conditioning that is all-electric. So we have considerable cold weather and hot weather use.
So far, our electric bills were so vastly reduced that in July. Duke Power sent a technician to check the meter (even though they knew we had solar panels, having had to install the special meter.) The meter was fine. The panels cut our summer demand from Duke in June by over 75% from last year. In that month alone, our production exceeded 1MWh.

We want to express our overall experience with O3 Home Solar on a scale of 1 to 5 as 5. From sales, office, and workmanship, everything was great. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about a system to purchase one. In time, let the sun save you money.

We are pleased with the quality of the workmanship, attitude and efficiency of all the installers for the solar system. David, the coordinator, did wonderful work. I will recommend him to anybody using O3 Home Solar. I intend to call our local newspaper and maybe WRAL to grow flowers and the gardens spruced up…We even have our steps and outside lighting done with LED solar lights.

The Solar project installation was completed yesterday; we are pleased with the result. Apart from the primary function and advantages of the solar, it beautifies our home when looking afar. The project took less than a month to complete, and the disruption to our routines was minimal. Your project manager, Scott, made every effort to stick to a schedule with necessary allowances for rain and wind interruptions.
However, the coordination of subcontractors’ schedules also contributed to keeping the project on track. The workmen employed by O3 Home Solar tended to be nice, friendly guys who were responsive to our questions and did good work. The fact they cleaned up their work site throughout the project was the icing on the cake.
The problems encounter were minor, and we appreciate that they worked to solve them quickly and in a way that kept us informed. Thanks for your professionalism and successful completion of this project.

I was pleased with the O3 Home Solar installation. The process started with the sales representative, Bob was very knowledgeable during the discussion, and diligent with his follow up. However, the installation team were very technical and professional. The process went smoothly and was completed within the time frame. I would highly recommend O3 Home Solar to friends and family and use them in the future.

From sale to installation went well. All our questions were answered promptly. The installer did a perfect job. I can describe him as professional; he was in and out in no time. Getting the solar seemed to take forever, but it’s in now, and things seem to be going well. Kudos for the great work done.

I would never recommend this company to someone looking to put solar panels on their home or business. Yes they will put solar panels on your home and then they disappear. Their customer service is abysmal. Every person who has been my "contact" at this company has disappeared after one conversation.
If you are considering solar energy, which I am 100% in favor of, do your research and find another company.

We had our system installed November 2019 and it has yet to produce what it’s supposed to. We have been told that the problem is my neighbor’s trees and that I need to trim them. I’m this should’ve been considered prior to the installation. Our calls get ignored and emails go unanswered. Save yourself the stress of dealing with these folks. Now I’m stuck with a solar panel payment and the electric bill!

O3 solar cannot fulfill the terms of their guarantee!
How do I know? In November of 2019 O3 solar installed a solar panel system on my home here in East Texas. I was quite excited! Looking forward to my first negative light bill!
The system comes with a 30 year guarantee!
Everything was going well until we had a major rain event. Right around Christmas of 2019 my solar to house power inverter shut down.
It wasn't fixed until mid January 2020.
Mar 20 2020 the inverter went down again.
Not fixed until April 10.
April 29 it went down again.
Not fixed until May 6
Aug 28 it went down again
Not fixed until September 29.
I received a $123 gift certificate that time
December 1 of 2020 it went down again
As of today, January 26 2021 still not working and have not received any communication from O3 for a month!
To date my system has been shut down a total of 145 days. For that I have been compensated $123 bucks!
Not a good deal!
