My experiences with Oak Forest Landscape Service, in Orange, CA, have not been good.
I would not recommend Oak Forest Landscape Service to anyone.
It started out well and went down hill from there.
I found the owner of the company to be very abrasive in nature and unfamiliar with the term Customer Service Satisfaction. He claimed, because of his busy schedule, that he didn't have time to come by and fix ongoing problems and I simply had to wait for his schedule to open. They canceled, or didn't show up to appointments, more times than they kept appointments. It took Oak Forest a very long time to complete our job and they missed deadlines that we had set and agreed on. I wish the company would have been as quick to complete the job as they were to ask for payment. In all good conscience, I can't even give them one star, but this site recommends that I give them a star rating.

I hired Oak Forest for weekly gardening service at a home I lease to tenants. It went fine for awhile, but I just discovered they haven't shown up for several weeks and the yard is a shambles: tall weeds all over, overgrown ivy and brush, neglected flowers and roses. I wouldn't recommend them.
