    We used Dave and his team for a project at our home. He told us the project would take two weeks. It turned into 3 months. Throughout the entire process, Dave was difficult to get a hold of by phone, and slow to respond to text. There’s still work that was never completed, even though payment was sent to him months ago. When addressing him directly over a call on the incomplete work, he became confrontational. By far, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced (and I’m not one to write negative reviews). Perhaps it was because he was too busy with more expensive jobs, but there’s no excuse for his sheer lack of completeness, lack of communication and lack of professionalism. I would never recommend someone to Oak Leaf.
