I had three plumbers come out to diagnose the issue with my tankless water heater, and all of them told me I needed a new one. One quoted me $2,400, while the plumber Lowe’s sent out quoted a staggering $8,700!
Then I called Jacob at Oak Point Plumbing. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that the issue was simply a faulty gas valve—not a whole new unit. The repair cost just $725. Now that’s an honest plumber!
Casey came out to do the repair, and he was not only skilled but also incredibly kind and professional. Thanks to their honesty and great service, Oak Point Plumbing has earned a loyal customer. Their slogan should be: “A Company with a Conscience.”
