Oakland was difficult to work with, they made 10 mistakes during our build one of which was painting the house the wrong color. When they realized they had us select a floor that was unavailable they refused to help find a new one and we had to resolve the issue on our own. After closing when we tried to address issues with them their project manager yelled at us.
