We have been trying to deal with Oasis air for over three weeks. We still have no air conditioning. We have American Home Warranty and they will not allow us to switch contractors. Oasis air has reschedule the appointment four times and informed us after the fact (without putting it on invoice) that we will have to pay an additional 825 dollars for what we are unsure. We will also be filling a complaint with the better business bureau

Horrible customer service. Was told we had to use them by American Home Warranty. Our heat pump went out the first of October. Took them 48 hours to respond. Then they said they would order parts and contact us asap to set up a appointment so they could repair. Never heard from them. Called multiple times and they would not answer the phones. Not even for the warranty company! Finally got them to answer and they said the earlier they could get out to repair was October 12th. Unacceptable. The woman who works in the office was extremely rude as well as the employees that came out to asses the problem. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else!
