DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bill has no clue what he is doing and will try and charge you extra because he does not have the proper machine to do anything besides make a mess of your yard. They are quick to take your money but then leave their voicemail full and never return your calls. Don't let the clipboard fool you, I fired this crew due to lack of communication (there was none) and after reading his reviews I didn't want him to touch my yard again. Thankfully I went with a different installer who also pointed out that they didn't even bring the correct pavers. Long story short if you want your pool done and want it done right, go with Jose not Bill because Bill is a clown trying to run a circus. Also they should add an option for zero stars because this company doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

Disorganized, non professional. Just like the the other review, this company is money hungry. Came to the job site unprepared, hard to get a hold of, did not clean up job, leaving it up to homeowner. Don't be stressed as we were, find another installer!

Oasis was just awful to deal with. Totally unresponsive and unreliable. We had an above ground pool set to be installed in May and finally, in July, we found another installer to come out and get the job done. Bill from Oasis is terrible to deal with. I completely understand that the rain we had in May and June turned the pool installation community upside down but the complete lack of communication from Bill was unacceptable. When he finally did come out and try and dig with his machine he left ruts in the ground and gave up because the equipment was sinking. This is totally understandable but when I suggested he dig it by hand he said, and I'm quoting - "there's no way in hell I'm hand digging a 30' pool." Guess how the new company dug the pool? BY HAND! Then his registration wasn't up to date for DuPage County which was holding up my permit. I investigated what he would have to do on my own time. When I explained it to him and asked if he'd gotten it done he said he hadn't had time. So I then contacted his insurance company directly to have the Certificate sent to the county which only left him with paying the $100 registration fee. I waited a few days and when I asked if he paid the fee he said "I thought you were taking care of that." I'm not sure if he was being difficult or if he's really that dumb to think the homeowner was going to pay his county registration fee. This isn't the only horror story regarding Oasis Builders. I've spoken to other people who have had to have their pools reinstalled because Bill and his crews are hacks. Moral of the story - DO NOT USE OASIS BUILDERS.
