We hired Jeff in May of 2019. Now 15 months later are being notified that final inspections have not been done and we are in violation. This was all a part of the original contract to be completed. It took over a year to finish pool. Jeff answers and returns calls when he is trying to get the job but then he doesn't answer or return calls once he is hired. Jeff talked about all the employees he had but actually has no employees and hires outside contractors to complete pieces of the pool. We waited a month or more in between most jobs and then if there was a problem you waited another month+ for them to come back. If I had to do over again I would not have hired Jeff. Certainly not good business practices. Time will tell if the pool will hold up?
