I had a great first call with Omar, and I purchased the screen door he suggested. Omar proceeded to NOT show up 3 times. He didn't contact me to let me know what was happening, so I often just waited or texted him with no response. At one point he explained he was taking vacation, and asked that I call back. I wished him well and messaged on the date he indicated. We again set up a date and didn't show or communicate with me. This is the most unprofessional builder I have ever encountered. He should have just turned down the job if he didn't want it - no problem. Instead he just strung us along for weeks.
