Horrible bought a new air conditioner had a defect right out of the box. I called to ask for an exchange but they told me it's a seasonal item and all sales are final. Now I'm on the phone with GE warranty all night and have to wait 2 weeks in the heat for a repair man and I haven't even plugged it in. Don't shop here Amazon will let you return anything.
