A terrible experience. I was assigned by Kitchen Aid to this vendor for warranty on my stovetop. They told me that they would be here between 9 and 1 on Monday. They did not show up and after several phone calls to Oscar and his office (which did not return calls) another call to Oscar said I would just have to wait my turn. It could be Tuesday, Wednesday, or maybe Thursday before they would come. I asked if I would have to just sit in my house for several days and wait. He said that is the way it is. I called back to get a different service vendor and am so thankful I did get another repair lined up. Do not use OC for any repair work. I wish they had a rating lower than 1.
