I absolutely loved working with this company! Mo is the best. He is so friendly and helpful and treats his workers with kindness and respect, which I think tells a lot about a company. The work men, from the demo guys, tile installers and their helpers are all so polite and so careful of your home. My bathroom looks gorgeous. I think their prices are fair. It was a completely stress free remodel that was kept on schedule. I cannot say enough about this company, there are no negatives. Thank you to Susan, Mo, Rudy, Sean, Fish, Gus, Roy, and Pablo! It was a pleasure having you do my remodel!

This is Tom with O C Installs and though I cannot remove the false reveiw sent previously, I must refute it. It is a hack of some sort. We do not have a problem in our past meeting any stretch of that desciption. Not by a client named Heather nor any other name. Please disregard.

This was the contracted installer for Costco. Unfortunately this company does not follow the manufacturer’s recommended installation and our floor buckled within 3 months. Getting a person to come assess the problem took multiple phone calls and missed appointments. The company rep determined that the issue was that the floor was intentionally installed without the proper expansion joints. Despite the floor being under warrantee, OC Installs required us, the customer, to purchase the supplies. Now that the supplies have arrived, it has taken several more phone calls to arrange the final repair. Again, we are facing a missed appointments and still do not have the floor repaired. Very, very disappointing.
BEWARE!
OC Installs no longer receives referrals from Floor and Decor and for good reason. OC Installs installed my granite countertops in my bathrooms and the three vessel style sinks. Some months later it became clear that there was a big problem when the sinks continued to become loose.
After consulting with two plumbers and watching the installation video on YouTube, it was clearly apparent that the holes they drilled in the granite we're too big for the bolt that holds the sinks firmly. The bolt slipped right through the holes and only the silicone was holding them in place, which is not it's purpose.
I placed numerous calls to Susan, the owner, and she never once returned my calls. After I threatened small claims court she had an underling, Rudy, call me. He sent their own plumber who said everything was fine and "that's what happens" with vessel sinks.
I again threatened small claims court and he said he would get it fixed. He inspected it and agreed that it was done wrong.
Six months later after months of excuses he agreed to reimburse me if I got it fixed on my own. I did that and submitted a bill for about $700 which he agreed to pay.
Months later after additional absurd excuses I still wasn't paid and Susan will still not return my calls.
As of today, I have still not been payed and threats of small claims action seem to mean nothing to them.
OC Installs has a consistent attitude of ignoring problems that they create as you can see from their other comments.
I encourage you to AVOID OC INSTALLS at all costs. You'll be glad you did.
Susan, I'll be anxious to see your response to this after failing to talk to me for eight months.
