    Great company, they will let you know everything up front so there are no surprises during the project. Always on time and they deliver just like promised. Our project was a bit complicated since we wanted to expend our living room on the hillside with a deck. Guys in OCCA Builders made the plans, approved it in the city and executed it. Highly recommended.

    The team at Occa Builders has been terrific to work with. When we finally saved up enough to get our bathroom redone, we hired them. They handle themselves very professionally while meeting project timelines! Prices are competitive and you get a job that you can admire with your friends and family while at the same time you don't feel like you were ripped off. You will not be disappointed!

    Big Renovation

    Absolutely amazing job! We had big renovation, kitchen, bathrooms and flooring throughout. All turned out beautiful, done the right way. They aren't the typical contractor. They were on time every time, they met every deadline and they were responsive and communicative. Just great service. Would definitely use them again.

They were consistently honest and prompt with everything from beginning to end, every call, text or email was answered immediately.     I'm glad I found OCCA Builders, they are local in Orange County and provide most of the construction and remodeling services. Dean built a room addition for us, new deck and remodeled most of the house (kitchen, bathrooms, floors..) He managed the project really well and we are really pleased with the result.
