I contacted OCD Contracting at 830 pm on a Friday night in regards to my leaking water heater. My basement was flooded and obviously I had no hot water. I spoke with Patrick, who was very polite and knowledgeable, and he directed me how to turn my water off at the main line. He than came out to my house that night arriving at 945 pm (talk about fast service!) and cleaned up the water and assessed the situation. Patrick gave me an excellent quote on the spot, and returned Saturday morning at 730 am to replace the old water heater. I have dealt with several contractors since buying this house in 2001, but the level of professionalism and attention to detail that I received with OCD Contracting was off the charts! I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
