Scammer, that’s what oscar perez of ocean blue rooter is, we contract him to do comercial plumbing including grease trap and he scammed us, he wants us to pay in full on front because he said that’s the way he works, is the first time I heard such thing from a contractor, of course he does that because he knows that he won’t finish the work, at the end he agreed to have part of the money and he started working, after he passed rough inspection he asked for more money or he won’t finish the work, we gave him almost all the rest we owe him, but he still never brought the grease trap, toilets , sinks and water heater, then he said that if we want it finish we have to buy the grease trap, we were desperate because a year of no solution with him so we bought the grease trap that he ordered and sent me to pay for it, then the grease trap he ordered was smaller than what the plans said and nobody realizes until was too late, because I went on a emergency trip , when my husband went to the construction the next day he saw that grease trap that looks for house no meat market told him why he ordered too small, so he sent my husband to buy another one and he took the smaller one saying that he will pay us for that one, but he never did, just stole it, then he never came back to finish, we called and called him never responded again, I made a complaint with the DBPR and so far nothing, they didn’t help is like you feel alone and nobody helps, authorities don’t help, they said they do but don’t, oscar seems nice and professional person, before you give him your money he is nice and tells you what you want to hear, then he changes and shows the real scammer he is, don’t trust him
