As a developer and builder for the past 30 years I have had many new homes built in VA Beach in which I used Ocean Breeze. Tom Watson is an honest, professional and caring contractor, who gives good value for money. I highly recommend him for all heating and cooling needs. In fact I just used him to convert an old oil boiler to a Bosch Greenstar Boiler. Couldn’t be happier.
