    What a great company. We are a 3 building 39-unit HOA. Ocean Towers was recommended by a reputable engineer in the area to bid on a large job. During that process, the owner and project manager made recommendations on alternative materials to use for our roof replacement. They swiftly provided all the necessary information and samples of the roof – A GacoFlex. The company is a certified installer and servicer. The price to install this roof thousands less than the typical asphalt roof saving our HOA over $100K. We hired the company after checking local references. They were professionals to work with before, during and after the installation. They kept us in the loop at all stages of the install and addressed any concerns we had throughout the job. They started on time and completed as promised. Since the completion of the work, we hired them for another job. We will be working with this company in the future.

    Don't recommend. 8 week job now over 7 months. Lost half the summer in rent so far. Their equipment, dumpster, and portapotty have hijacked our parking lot. What a disaster
