They installed a pool, spa, inground fire pit, retaining wall, 2000 sq feet of pavers. They didn't pull the required permits, multiple code violations. Nothing was built to code, I have 80k in repairs. My pool permit is still open, failed 9 inspections, can't pass electrical or plumbing final. Contractors won't correct their work, never came back.
