I am a General Contractor that hired Eric Ochoa and Ochoa construction on two jobs. Eric destroyed my customers home, caused over $50,000 in damages and paid us back with a bad check. He has an open criminal complaint with HPD and has been sued. Avoid this guy at all costs.
