I have had a terrible experience with O'Connor & Son Carpentry in Westwood MA. This company does not hire professional or established companies as his subcontractors. He comes across as being very trustworthy, but he is not. He is a small company and other than his wife has 1 or 2 workers at times. I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere and have a professional contract prepared if you do any business with him. It will save you thousands when they do not live up to their end of the agreement. Also, they will encourage you to pay a large portion, or all of the money up front. This is not a common practice for reputable companies.
