Read everything on contract, look at cost, & ask for completion date in writing, before signing with this company. House fire Jan 2015, contract signed May 2015, insurance money available July 2015. Roof and walls removed March 2017. Construction started Jan 2019 stopped May 2019. Olga with Concept Design Group said 2nd contract would be in budget. July 2019 2nd contract increased $60,000. 1st contract did not have cost listed for concrete, roof, and removing back wall. I was verbally told these were items needed, Frank said verbal doesn't count. Construction started again Jan 2020. Nov 2020 house was still not completed. I put it on the market and sold as is.
